GENERAL ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS:

Issue:   Will this program run on Windows XP,  2000,  NT 4.0,  ME,  and  Macintosh OS X?

Solution:   Cursory testing performed on Windows XP, 2000, NT 4.0, and ME machines have not revealed any issues.  On Macintosh, the program will run natively in OSX.

Issue: The user name and password for the teacher is not known.

Solution: There is no way to find the username and password for the teacher outside of the program. You will need to remove the Data folder from the hard drive. You will then to be prompted to start again as the student data is housed in this folder as well. Here are the default locations of the Data folder:

Windows: C: Program Files\Common Files\SRA Reading Lab Data.  Delete the SRA Reading Lab Data from this location. To get there double click on My Computer, Local Hard Drive (C:), Program Files folder, Common Files folder.

Mac: HD: SRA Reading Lab Data. Delete the SRA Reading Lab Data folder. To get here double click on the Macintosh HD on the desktop.
