Ordering Terms and Conditions

How to pay

Schools and Institutions
We will open a credit account if you send us your address or attach an official order. Your goods will be sent with a sales invoice from McGraw-Hill which must be paid within 30 days.

Private Customers
Please enclose your Credit Card details with your order and add any VAT if appropriate. Remember to enter your billing & delivery addresses (if different). Alternatively, please enclose a cheque with your order made payable to Kingscourt/McGraw-Hill.

Prices
Prices and specifications quoted in this Price List are correct at the time of going to print, but may change without notice.

Method of delivery for items in stock
We aim to despatch within four days of receiving your order. Orders with an invoice value of over £30.00 are despatched on a three-day service.

Postage and packaging
We do not charge postage and packaging for UK account customers, unless you require a special delivery beyond our normal despatch method or if your order is under £30.00 in value.

For orders outside the UK there is a small charge for freight. Contact Customer Services here for details.

Out of stock items
Any items not available at the time of ordering will be sent as soon as possible, with a separate invoice.

Out of print items
Unfortunately some titles become out of print. You will be informed of this and you will not be charged for any items which have become out of print.

Returns Policy
Goods supplied on approval are only available to schools. Returns should be made to the address shown below, within 30 days of the invoice date, in the original packaging whenever possible, by prior arrangement with Customer Services.

Credit notes can only be issued on receipt of goods in saleable condition, together with a copy of the original invoice. The return of incomplete packs is not acceptable. If you require further assistance with returns, please contact us as shown below.
